From Lancastrian to PRANIS.
When we first stepped aboard, the layout felt less like a yacht we might visit and more like a place where we could genuinely live. She had age, work ahead and a history of her own, but also the strength, space and character we had been looking for.
A new name without erasing the past.
Her former name remains part of the yacht’s identity. PRANIS is not a clean slate, but the moment we accept responsibility for everything that comes next.
Prepared for reality, not an idealised voyage.
We keep equipment that is sound, repair what can be saved and replace only what no longer belongs in a safe long-distance boat. Dependability at sea and comfort in daily life are parts of the same design.

From around mid-2027, we hope to begin longer Mediterranean quests towards Greece. Weather, technical readiness, family and the places that deserve more time will shape the actual route.
